ABSTRACT


The tin oxide doped with sodium peroxide Nanoparticles were studied by a simple coprecipitation method. The structural, morphological and optical properties of these nanoparticles were investigated using Infra-red and X-ray diffraction. The FTIR studies confirmed the formation of Sn-O-Na bridge in SnO2 doped sodium in nanoparticle. The X-ray diffraction reveal the formation of the monoclinic structured tin oxide and tetragonal structured SnO2 doped sodium peroxide nanoparticle. The XRD results reveal that the increase in concentration of sodium peroxide nanoparticle in all compositions of SnO2 doped sodium peroxide nanoparticle decrease the size of those nanoparticles.
